Mr. Kishor Narayanan founded QGC with a vision to empower clients to achieve business excellence through quality and process management. With his over 24 years of experience in Software Development, Software Quality Assurance & IT Service Management, Mr. Narayanan has held progressively senior level & leadership positions in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail& Distribution sectors in INDIA and in the Middle East.
A B.Tech from University of Calicut and specialist in Software Standards & Process, Mr. Kishor Narayanan brings along with him rich and diversified industry experience. He was among the first few CQAs (currently CSQA) from India. As a Champion in Implementation of High Maturity Quality Improvement Models, he has significantly contributed to the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 27000, ISO 20000, ITIL & CMMI etc. in various high maturity organizations in India & Abroad.
Currently Mr. Narayanan, is responsible for driving the company's strategic process to identify, evaluate and integrate organic and inorganic business growth options, including mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and alliances. He has also been driving the company's foray into new geographies.
He leads all strategic and corporate initiatives at QGC for the long-term growth, profitability and industry leadership of the organization.
He has been the Chief Architect for re-positioning and transforming QGC into a Consulting and Knowledge Service Organization focused on delivering next-generation business solutions to address customer's strategic and operational challenges.
Head Business Development
As a Head-Business Development and Management for QGC, Sujatha Kishor is responsible for growth of business for QGC India's domestic business. Sujatha leads a team of highly motivated Business Development Professionals and drives the marketing plan for India which includes building the QGC brand with key target groups, demand generation and business development.
Her rich experience in wide range of executive managerial positions from corporate strategy and alliances to sales and marketing proves to be a real asset for QGC. Her earlier experience of being a part of core team in Bawazir Pharma, Doha Qatar and as the head of the largest network of sales and distribution team across India for the Nutrition, Wellness & FMCG segment, Sujatha brings in-depth expertise in B2B marketing with 16 years' experience in planning and deployment of product and solution marketing programs.
At QGC, Sujatha is successfully leading the demand generation, marketing communication, brand and channel marketing initiatives.
